To return a product under our terms, a product must be faulty, damaged or be an incorrect item. We are unable to refund for "change of minds”, so please choose carefully. Images and dimensions are on our website, please measure your space and check dimensions and ask questions if you are unsure of anything to do with our product. 

Please check all items on delivery for any damage, missing parts or incorrect items on delivery. In the unfortunate event your order is damaged or incorrect if you are able to note the products as damaged with the carrier when accepting the delivery this is appreciated and  report to us  immediately via email with photos attached so we can remedy.

Please contact us within 12 hours of checkout should you need to cancel or modify your order - please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order as orders can be shipped on the same day and once dispatched cannot be alerted or returned.
